ALTA

Bad weather policy

When the studio is closed

For safety, do not travel to or use ALTA while Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning or a government Extreme Conditions announcement is in force in Hong Kong. If you are already inside, stop training and follow official safety advice; leave only when it is safe. ALTA may also close when access or the premises are unsafe.

Bookings and credits

If an ALTA closure or one of these warnings affects any part of your booked time, contact ALTA through your booking channel. ALTA will review and cancel the affected booking, then restore credits in full manually. The restored credits keep their original expiry if still valid; if that expiry has passed because of the closure, ALTA will arrange a reasonable replacement validity period. Do not use the ordinary cancellation button for a weather closure if it shows no credit return. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.

Reopening

ALTA will resume access only after the warning is cancelled and the premises and travel conditions are safe. A booking affected by closure does not automatically resume; make a new booking after ALTA confirms reopening. Signal No. 3, Amber or Red Rainstorm Warnings do not automatically close the studio, but assess your own travel safety and follow official advice.
